Aeliosdesign's Environmentally Friendly Jewellery

There is a new to me crafter; Kat of Aeliosdesign.  Kat has sent me a wonderful who I am email that I am cutting and pasting here.  Hope you check her out at one of the many craft sales she will be at.

"I’m a mostly self-taught metal smith and jewellery designer originally from Winnipeg. I spent many years overseas and learned my craft while living in Europe. I am influenced by European style and design, and am committed to creating works that are environmentally friendly. I use only all natural materials including metals, wood, leather, semi-precious stones, horn and bone in my designs; I avoid chemicals in my process and favour water based solutions and dyes. I’ve been running my etsy shop for a little over a year now and it has been amazing. It’s exhilarating to know that there are people all over the world wearing my designs. I’ve been trying hard to become involved with local artisan and crafter circles in the months that I have been back in Winnipeg, and in a few weeks I’ll be one of the artisans at the first annual W.E.S.T. sale!"

Fall and Winter Craft Sales??

Hi Folks!  I just wanted to send out a request for those of you with craft sale information to send it my way.  I can add it to my Up and Coming Craft Sale section.  If you'd also like a post on your craft sale closer to the date, send me information about it.  What's handy is who's going to be there (crafters & vendors), anything exciting or new for my readers to look forward to, photos of sale from previous years, contact information, charities you are supporting, and whether you still have space left for potential crafters or vendors.  Email your craft information to handmadeinmanitoba@gmail.com.

Thanks!!

Also, I'd recommend adding Made In Manitoba to your Facebook community.  The contributers there always have new information about crafters and events.  It isn't affiliated with Handmade In Manitoba but they have way more information than I will ever have here.  :)  Happy Crafting!
